Description:

• Sika Primer-206 G + P is a black, moisture-curing primer for pretreatment of the bonding surfaces, especially for direct glazing with Sika polyurethane adhesives.
• Sika Primer-206 G + P is made by the quality assurance system ISO 9001/14001 and the Responsible Care program.

Scope:

• Sika Primer-206 G + P is used for the adhesion improvement in adhesive applications on glass and ceramic-coated glass, painted surfaces, plastics and metals.
• This product is suitable only for experienced users. In order to ensure adhesion and material compatibility, preliminary tests must be carried out with the original materials under the respective conditions.

Processing:

• The surface must be clean, dry, dust and grease.
• The adhesion can be improved by additional pretreatment steps such as grinding, cleaning and activation.
• Surfaces with Sika activator (or another approved pretreatment agents) wipe and allow to dry.
• Sika Primer-206 G + P Shake very well until the steel balls in the container is good to hear. In addition, shake for a minute.
• The product can be applied by brush, felt or foam applicator. Sika Primer-206 G + P uniformly thin, but applicator.
• The ideal temperature is 15°C – 25°C.
• Apply the primer only once. Make sure that the layer is uniform and opaque.
• Immediately close the container tightly after use.
