Description
Sika® Injection Cleaner C1 is a colourless, ready-to-use cleaner for injection pumps and equipment used with polyurethane and epoxy resins. It effectively removes unreacted liquid resins and prevents build-up or clogging.

Applications
- Intermediate cleaning during work interruptions
- Final cleaning directly after processing PU or EP injection resins
- Recommended for material changes or when using fast-reacting resins

Application Instructions
- Flush cleaner through the pump until clear fluid exits
- Final cleaning: circulate cleaner for at least 2 minutes
- Use fresh cleaner when working with water-reactive PU foams
Storage & Shelf Life
- Storage temperature: +5 °C to +30 °C, dry and protected from sunlight
- Shelf life: 24 months in original, unopened packaging
Disposal
- Collect cleaner residues in suitable, sealable containers
- Dispose of according to local regulations
