Application

GLEITMO SIL 115 M is particularly suitable for high temperature applications such as, for example, in wheel hubs of wagons in brickworks, hot air ventilators, conveying devices and door hinges in drying furnaces, foundries, control and monitoring equipment in vulcanising works. In addition GLEITMO SIL 115 M acts as slip agent for hot-formed plastic parts.

Perma FUTURA Lubricant dispenser 

• Perma FUTURA is a single-point lubrication system for roller- and sliding bearings, sliding guides, open gears, gear racks, spindles, shaft seals, chains, etc.
• Operates at ambient temperatures between 0 up to +40 °C.
• Perma FUTURA has a corrosion-proof plastic housing which makes it ideal for hygienically clean applications (e. g. food and chemical industry).
• The reliable operating principle is based on an electrochemical reaction.
• The lubrication period is determined by color coded activator screws.
• Depending on your application’s requirement, you may choose to discharge 120 cm³ in a period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
• The activator screw generates pressure (max. 4 bar) which moves the piston forward and continuously injects small lubricant amounts into the lubrication point
• Quick and easy exchange without special tools
