• Veneer of laminates on all usual supports: wood, particle board, slats, plywood, isorel, fiber cement, metals.
• Bonding of various materials: rubber, leather, cork, metals (sheet).

IMPLEMENTATION
Substrate preparation

• The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry, dust-free and solid.
• Clean the back of the laminates with Bostik Agosolvent. On melamine panels, sanding is mandatory on the decorative side.
• Laminate sheets and panels must be stabilized.
• Do not stick on cold materials (minimum 15°C).

Instruction Manual

• Application using a pneumatic gun. The temperature of the product must be between 15°C and 30°C.
• Regularly glue the two faces to be assembled without extra thickness, working in successive cross passes.
• Let the solvents evaporate for 5 to 10 minutes. The drying time varies significantly depending on the temperature, the ambient humidity, the amount of glue deposited and the porosity of the supports.
• Bring the glued parts into contact with precision, there is no possibility of recovery.
• Press or smooth the entire surface vigorously to ensure perfect contact between the two films of adhesive. The setting is immediate but the useful characteristics of bonding are only obtained after 72 hours.
• Temperature resistance is greater than +110°C (occasional peaks at +130°C).
•  The characteristics (resistance to tearing and temperature) continue to evolve for about 6 months.
•  Volume: 25 liters
•  Colour: amber (neutral)
