Description
DELO-CA® 2348 is a low-odor, low-bloom, solvent-free instant adhesive based on ethyl cyanoacrylate, designed for bonding rubber, plastics and metals.

- Application temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C
Applications
- Fast assembly bonding of elastomers (e.g. rubber, NBR, EPDM)
- Bonding of plastics (e.g. PC, ABS, PMMA) with low stress
- Bonding of metals in narrow gaps (< 0.1 mm)
- Precision assembly, maintenance and repair in industry and workshops

Curing
- Initial strength: 20-30 seconds (at 50 % r.h.)
- Final strength: after approx. 24 hours
- Cures with ambient humidity (opt. 40-80 %)
- Curing can be accelerated with: DELO-QUICK 2002 Activator
Processing
- Apply directly from bottle or via dispensing system
- Surfaces must be dry, clean and grease-free
- Surface pretreatment (e.g. sandblasting, grinding) recommended
