MOTOREX COOL-CORE READY PLUS Coolant for spindle cooling systems 20L

COOL-CORE READY PLUS is used as coolant and an anti-corrosion agent in motor spindle cooling systems, in particular where there is an inadequate supply of clean drinking water available for mixing purposes. The substances it contains passivate the various materials and provide long-term protection against corrosion. COOL-CORE READY PLUS is particularly useful for problem-free cooling of drive shafts where high-power fast-turning motor spindles are used. The coolant can naturally also be used in systems that operate under less heavy loads.

Maintenance

COOL-CORE READY PLUS must be checked periodically in accordance with the specifications of the spindle or machine manufacturer (please note the maintenance instructions on the back).
If a third-party product is to be replaced with COOL-CORE READY PLUS , the cooling system must be treated with 3% Motorex CS-CLEANER for 48 operating hours before the change.

Application

• COOL-CORE READY PLUS is ready to use, do not add water. An average operating temperature of 20 – 25 ° C is very effective in protecting elastomers in the long term.
• If the conditions of use are optimal and the instructions for use are observed, the coolant can remain in use for up to 4 years.

Attention: Neither galvanized components in the cooling system nor such materials may be used for mixing vessels or storage tanks.

Storage

• Store COOL-CORE READY PLUS in the original container at 5 – 35 ° C. The max.
• Storage time in the closed original container is 4 years.
