Application Areas
MICROLUBE GB 0 is specifically designed for applications involving high-load friction points and mixed friction conditions. It is used as a universal grease for lubricating eccentric presses (e.g., Müller-Weingarten eccentric presses), highly loaded spur and bevel gears with steel/steel material pairings (e.g., non-oil-tight geared motors), slide and guide rails, as well as sump-lubricated rolling bearings.

Application Instructions

MICROLUBE GB 0 can be applied using a brush, spatula, grease gun, or via central lubrication systems.
Gear lubrication is possible in an oil bath up to circumferential speeds of approximately 3 m/s or in smaller gear units using forced-drop lubrication.

Klübermatic Pro Multi-Point Lubrication Systems

Klübermatic PRO MP-6 – Precise battery-operated multi-point lubrication system for up to 6 lubrication points
Depending on the dispensing period (from one day to 24 months), 250 cm³ or 500 cm³ of grease is delivered from up to six outlets to the lubrication point. Thanks to the pressure build-up of up to 25 bar, the grease is distributed directly without pressure loss, even when using hose lines up to 5 m in length.

Klübermatic PRO C MP-6 – Multi-point lubrication system with external control
In addition to the PRO MP-6, the Klübermatic PRO C MP-6 can be operated in an impulse-controlled manner. The lubrication impulse timing can be freely set via a programmable logic controller (PLC). Thanks to the pressure build-up of up to 25 bar, the grease is distributed directly without pressure loss, even when using hose lines up to 5 m in length. The Klübermatic PRO C MP-6 is powered directly by the system and can be controlled and monitored via integration with the PLC.

Klübermatic PRO LINE – Flexible multi-point lubrication system for linear guides
Klübermatic PRO LINE is a specialized multi-point lubrication system for linear guides using grease. The amount of lubricant per outlet is flexible, and the dispensing behavior can be precisely adjusted to meet manufacturer specifications. The PRO Lubricant Container (LC) is available in 250 cm³ or 500 cm³ and supplies lubrication points for up to two years. The high-pressure build-up allows remote mounting using hose lines up to 5 meters per outlet.
