- Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 is a spray based on a fully synthetic hydrocarbon oil combined with a carefully selected, highperformance solid lubricant and additive package.
- We deliberately designed this product without mineral oil in order to minimise the risk of MOSH/MOAH contamination. If applied correctly, a semi-dry lubricating effect can be attained with this product.
- Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 shows very good adhesion to surfaces and high load-carrying capacity. As it is also highly resistant to ageing and oxidation, the product enables longer relubrication intervals and hence lower lubricant quantities being required.
- Temperature range: -35°C to +180°C

Application
- The product can be used for the lubrication of chains, joints and guideways as well as of hinges and locks, even when exposed to media. It was especially developed for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries.
- Due to its performance characteristics, Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 Spray can also be used in other industries.
Application notes
- Please apply Klüberfluid NH1 CM 4-100 Spray evenly. For the product to provide its full effect, we recommend thorough cleaning of the lubrication point prior to application.
- If your production process does not allow cleaning, we will be pleased to support you in checking the miscibility of greases and determining relubrication intervals. Do not spray against naked flame or onto hot or incandescent objects. Keep away from ignition sources. Protect against direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 °C. Shake well before use.
