  • ISOFLEX PDB 38 CX 1000 is a light yellow low-temperature fluid grease consisting of ester oil, mineral oil and lithium soap. It is resistant to ageing and oxidation, offers good corrosion protection and has a good backflow behaviour.
  • Temperature range: -60°C to +120°C 
  • Volume: 1 kg can 
  • Also available in: 25 kg bucket

Applications

  • ISOFLEX PDB 38 CX 1000 is used for grease-lubricated small gears or for sump lubrication.
  • It is a fluid grease that can be operated at low starting and running torques. It is also suitable for impregnating sintered bearings of all material groups for use at maximum temperatures of 100 °C.
Application notes
  • For sintered bearings, ISOFLEX PDB 38 CX 1000 is to be applied in a vacuum at approx. 80 °C using customary application devices. For gears, dip-feed lubrication is to be used.
