TEROSON® BOND 120 2 hrs SDAT Windscreen Adhesive

TEROSON® BOND 120 is a 1-component polyurethane windscreen adhesive for safe and reliable auto glass replacements.
TEROSON® BOND 120 is a high-performance windscreen adhesive with a safe drive-away time of 2 hours. Our new product is the perfect fit for applications, where quality is key, but fastest SDAT is not needed. It is applied cold and offers good workability characteristics.
The processing is easy, clean and fast thanks to a comprehensive pre-treatment and application system.

Application

• Typical applications include the bonding of front, rear and side screens to the body of passenger-, utility-, special- and rail vehicles

Characteristics

• Safe to drive-away (SDAT) in 2 hours (with airbags) in compliance with FMVSS 212/208 and New Henkel Crash Test Standard
• Compatible with ADAS sensors thanks to low conductivity
• Easy and clean processing
• Position tack – slight sagging
• Higher shear modulus supporting car body strength in case of a crash
