Delo-Duopox AD895 Two-Part Epoxy Adhesive for electronics 50ml

DELO-DUOPOX® AD895 (formerly Delo Automix® AD895) is a room-temperature curing, thixotropic 2-component epoxy adhesive for industrial bonding applications in construction, electronics, and automation technology.

Applications

• Structural bonding of metals and technical plastics
• Electronics, device assembly, automation
• Durable bonding under thermal and mechanical load
• Wide temperature range from -40 °C to +140 °C

Features

• High-strength 2K epoxy adhesive with long pot life (~30 minutes)
• Room-temperature curing in three phases: initial strength after 5.5 h, functional strength after 8 h, final strength after 24 h
• Biocompatibility tested (DIN EN ISO 10993-5)
• RoHS and VOC compliant (according to GB33372-2020)
• Electrically insulating, high dielectric strength >13 kV/mm

Technical Data

Instructions for Use

• Apply directly from twin cartridge using suitable mixing nozzle
• Clean and, if necessary, roughen bonding surfaces before application
• Process adhesive within 30 minutes after mixing
• Curing can be accelerated by heat

Storage & Shelf Life

• Unopened shelf life: 12 months (≤ 1 l), 6 months (> 1 l) at +18 °C to +25 °C
• Store dry, frost-free and in original packaging
