Varybond Regular Grade is an assembly paste based on graphite, copper and aluminum powder. Varybond Regular Grade prevents seeping (scarring) as well as pass rusting when applying a very thin layer. Screw connections can be easily removed even after years. Varybond Regular Grade fills cavities and superficial imperfections. The excellent sealing effect and prevents the penetration of liquids and gases as well as impurities. Varybond Regular Grade is very compatible with materials and can be used even at very high temperatures.

Product advantages

Varybond Regular Grade can be used for the following applications: In threaded joints, especially when they are processed under high pressure and high temperature, smooth and corrugated surface, bolts, screws, gaskets, even in corrosive environments, electrical wiring, switches, circuit breakers (due to its good electrical conductivity) Typical examples are as follows: threaded connections in drill rods for mining, quarries turbines, generators and motors, boilers, blowers, stoves and accessories, gas stoves, nozzle heads in chemical fittings, automotive industry, threaded connections for exhaust and manifolds, cams, joints and braking (brake pad paste).
Areas of application / properties:

Varybond Regular Grade can also be applied in larger quantities with a brush or spatula to ensure a good seal. Varybond Regular Grade® should not be mixed with other lubricants. The surface to be treated should first be degreased with a cleaner and cleaned.
