Description:

• Coating Sika® Activator is a special cleaning and activation solution for the pretreatment of coated and painted surfaces.
• Sika®Coating activator is produced according to the quality assurance system ISO 9001/14001 and the responsible care program.

Scope:
Coating Sika® Activator is used to clean and improve adhesion bonding applications on coatings:

• Powder Coating
• Stoving
• Coil coating sheets
• Special finish
• Coating Sika® Activator may not be used for primerless bonding of glass and ceramics.
• This product is only suitable for experienced users.
• In order to ensure adhesion and material compatibility, preliminary tests must be carried out with the original materials under the respective conditions.

Processing:

• The adhesive surfaces with a clean, lint-free cloth moistened with Sika® Activator Coating paper fleece wipe.
• Coating Sika® activator thin, apply in a single operation.
• Remove excess quantities immediately with a dry, clean lint-free paper towel.
• The ideal temperature is 15 ° C – 25 ° C.
• The consumption depends on the substrates and manufacturing processes.
• Immediately close the container tightly after use
