Shell Spirax S6 ATF ZM is a premium quality, semi-synthetic, high-performance automatic transmission oil that was developed in cooperation with ZF as a transmission oil for the latest generation of ZF Ecomat and ZF Ecolife transmissions. It is an extremely high-performance automatic transmission oil, which is approved for extended oil change intervals and remains stable even under difficult operating conditions.

Shell Spirax S6 ATF ZM was developed in cooperation with ZF. The use of semi-synthetic base oils and an exclusive novel additive technology results in a product with ultimate performance.
Potential for the longest oil change intervals
This technology, specially developed for ZF Ecomat and ZF Ecolife transmissions, enables the longest oil change intervals under all operating conditions. The first change from another ATF oil to Shell Spirax S6 ATF ZM requires a shorter inter-oil change interval. Please note the information in the ZF list of lubricants TE-ML 14 Table 2 (version 2201-2003).
Good fluidity even at very low temperatures
The physical properties of this gear oil, which are achieved through the additives used and the base oils, enable very good flow properties even at low temperatures. This also protects the transmission components from premature wear under very cold operating conditions.
shifting comfort and maintenance costs
The combination of these properties and advantages leads to better shifting comfort. In addition, maintenance costs can be reduced due to the extension of the oil change intervals and the longer service life of the gearboxes.
