Omega 78 Food Grade Anti-Corrosion Grease was developed based on the most advanced calcium sulfonate grease technology. It belongs to the latest and revolutionary generation of lubrication solutions engineered by Omega Division. Its unique crystalline calcite calcium carbonate provides excellent AW, EP, and anti-corrosion properties by adhering to rubbing surfaces in a fish-scale like pattern, forming an excellent barrier to water and a sacrificial wear surface. This technology offers inherent advantages without the need for added performance additives like heavy metals, sulfur, or chlorine compounds. Omega 78 is characterized by its sustainable high performance under extreme conditions, particularly heat, water, and high and shock loads. It has promising low temperature properties, low oil bleed tendencies, and excellent mechanical stability at elevated temperatures, maximizing lubricant life and reducing contamination. It also provides good friction characteristics, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and resistance to radiation induced damage, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial, automotive, marine, and food machinery applications.
