MOTOREX COOL-X AW Coolant for spindle systems ready to use 200L

MOTOREX COOL-X AW is a ready-to-use coolant with corrosion protection for high-performance spindles.
The ingredients passivate the various materials and protect them against corrosion in the long term. COOL-X is a very efficient coolant with a specific heat of 4.1 J / g-K, which is almost as good as that of water (4.187 J / g-K).

Application

• COOL-X AW is ready to use, 26% concentration. do not add any water.
• An average operating temperature of 20 – 25 ° C is very effective in protecting elastomers in the long term.
• If the conditions of use are optimal and the instructions for use are complied with, the coolant can remain in use for up to 2 years storage Store the MOTOREX COOL-X AW closed in the original container at 5 – 35 ° C.
• In general, MOTOREX COOL-X AW should not be exposed to temperatures below 0 ° C.
• It freezes at a temperature of – 23 ° C.
• If the MOTOREX COOL-X AW is exposed to frost during transport and freezes, it can reach temperatures of min. + 5 ° C can be thawed again.
• Make sure that the liquid is completely thawed.
• Shake the container well after thawing.
• The max. storage time in the closed original container is 1 year.

Maintenance

• COOL-X AW must be checked periodically in accordance with the specifications of the spindle or machine manufacturer (please note the maintenance instructions on the back).
• If a third-party product is to be replaced by COOL-X AW, the cooling system must be replaced with 3% CS-CLEANER for 48 operating hours be treated.
