Description
LOCTITE® SI 5980 is a flange sealant designed especially for gasketing applications. It withstands in-line, low-pressure tests carried out after assembly of the flanges. The product has leading health and safety features.
- Pack size: 100 ml Pressurised gas can (Loctite no. 2327036)
- Available as well in 300 ml cartridge
Application
- Typical applications include stamped sheet metal covers (timing gear covers and oil sumps) where good oil resistance and the ability to withstand high joint movement is required.
