Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME fulfills your requirements.
It is used to lubricate chains in industrial ovens operating at temperatures up to 650 °C. The special carrier fluid conveys white solid lubricants to the friction point of the chain. The carrier fluid then evaporates without leaving organic residues.
Therefore it helps to improve food safety in your plant. As Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME does not contain graphite, contamination with black particles is avoided.
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is NSF H1-registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of the Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME oil can contribute to increased reliability of your production equipment and processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME offers good wetting properties and excellent penetration with high dispersion stability.

Application:
This product can be used for the lubrication of transport chains of industrial ovens in the food processing industry operating at very high temperatures, e.g. plate carrier chains in baking ovens commonly found in bread, tortilla and pizza production lines.

Application notes:
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME can be applied by brush or centralised lubricating devices.
Before applying the product, shake the container well to ensure an even distribution of the solid lubricant particles. In centralised lubricating devices we recommend to have a propeller stirrer in the lubricant reservoir, which stirs the lubricant until homogeneous prior to each lubrication task.
Relubrication with Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is performed on the cooled chain at temperatures below 150 °C in order to avoid excessive smoke generation. Relubrication is done in absence of the foodstuff. Upon sufficient evaporation of the oil having attained the operating temperature, production can be continued. Please ensure adequate suction to remove smoke.
In order to obtain the maximum performance, penetration of the product in the friction points of the chains must be ensured.
Relubrication intervals up to 2 weeks have been experienced.
If, for technical-design reasons (i.e. low tolerances), the product does not penetrate properly, we recommend to contact the machine OEM and/or the chain manufacturer for support.
