- In your metal forming operations, the challenge is to find a reliable lubricant that protects tools against wear. Upon completion of the forming process, the lubricant should be easily removed.
- In this respect, PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T and PRESSPATE TB can offer optimal support. Both products offer excellent lubrication performance especially when used for the cold forming of thick or thin metal sheets or tubes. This ensures easier process start-up even under difficult ambient conditions leading to a reduction of reject rates.

- calibrating sintered parts upon sintering
Application notes
- PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T and PRESSPATE TB should be applied undiluted and at ambient temperature using conventional application methods, for example a sponge, brush or roller. In some cases automatic spreading could be a suitable option.
- PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T and PRESSPATE TB should not be agitated vigorously prior to application as this might affect the paste’s consistency.
