Centoplex CX 4/375 High-speed grease for gears | N° 020051
- High-speed gears require good oil supply already at low temperatures to reduce friction and wear.
- This is facilitated by CENTOPLEX CX 4/375 with its very soft consistency.
- In combination with the lithium soap thickener, the selected mineral oils support good backflow behaviour to optimise the required separation of the friction bodies.
- Due to the good oil separation, good wetting of all moving friction points in the gearbox and the bearings can be attained.
- Size: 25kg bucket
- Available in 1kg can, 180kg drum

Application:
- Due to its soft consistency, CENTOPLEX CX 4/375 may be used in particular in small gears running at high speeds
- An application example is a right angle grinder containing bevel gears
- At temperatures <80 °C, long-term lubrication is feasible
Application notes:
- For minimum-quantity lubrication, CENTOPLEX CX 4/375 can be applied to the tooth flanks by brush
- Application via a grease sump in the gearbox or automatic pumping systems is also possible
