Description
Karl Deutsch KD-CHECK RDP-1 red crack detection spray allows non-destructive testing for surface cracks and pores, using the dye penetration test method.
Advantages

Application
- Particularly suitable for construction sites, repairs, spot checks and series testing
- Suitable for almost all metallic and non-metallic material surfaces such as steel, aluminum, brass or plastics (Suitability for plastics must be checked beforehand)
- The red dye penetrant seeps into cracks by capillary action. The processing time (5 – 10 minutes) depends on the crack / pore geometry.
