- One-component silicone rubber, universally applicable for sealing, bonding and coating in all branches of industry.
- WACKER RTV-1 silicone rubbers are divided into the following systems, depending on the type of crosslinker used:
- Basic systems: they split off small amounts of an amine during vulcanization
- (ELASTOSIL® A)
- Acid systems: they split off small amounts of acetic acid during vulcanization
- (ELASTOSIL® E)
- Neutral systems: they split off small amounts of an oxime or alcohol during vulcanization
- (ELASTOSIL® N)
