Delo ML 5250 Threadlocker & Thread Sealant medium-strength blue 50g

DELO-ML® 5250 is a medium-strength, anaerobically curing 1-component adhesive for securing and sealing metallic threaded connections.

Applications

• Threadlocker for screw connections
• Sealant for metal threads (pipes, fittings)
• Bonding of small metal parts in mechanical engineering
• For temperatures from -60 °C to +150 °C

• Medium-strength curing – removable with standard tools
• Cures in the absence of air (anaerobic), no activator required
• Fluorescent under UV light (blue)
• Solvent-free, unfilled

Curing

• Initial strength: 3-10 minutes at 23 °C on phosphated steel
• Final strength: after approx. 24 hours at 23 °C

Processing

• Conditioning after cold storage (≤ 50 ml): 30 minutes
• Working life at room conditions: 28 days
• Recommended processing temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C

Storage & Shelf Life

• Shelf life unopened: 6 months (0-10 °C)
• Store in original container, cool and dry
