Delo-Duopox AD840 Universal Two-Part Epoxy Adhesive 50ml

DELO-DUOPOX® AD840 is a thixotropic, room-temperature curing 2-component epoxy adhesive for industrial bonding in mechanical engineering, electronics and the automotive industry.

• Dispense from dual cartridge using static mixer
• Clean and pre-treat surfaces before bonding
• Use within pot life (90 min)
• Curing can be accelerated by heat

Prevention:

• Wear protective gloves (1-4 hours breakthrough time: recommended Viton® fluoroelastomer / short-term exposure < 15 min nitrile gloves).
• Wear eye protection or face protection.
• Avoid release to the environment.
• Avoid inhaling vapors.
• Wash thoroughly after use.

Response:

• If inhaled: Seek medical advice if feeling unwell, call a Poison Center or a doctor.
• Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
• If on skin: Wash with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
• If in eyes: Rinse carefully with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing and immediately seek medical advice if irritation persists.
