Product information
Castrol Syntilo CR 4 is a high-performance synthetic grinding fluid developed for use with tungsten carbide and ferrous materials. It prevents cobalt leaching from carbide tools, extending their life and improving surface finishes. The product is free from boron, chlorine, phenol, and nitrites, making it environmentally friendly and operator-safe. Syntilo CR 4 maintains stable operation in a variety of water conditions, resists microbial contamination, and delivers long system life. The fluid exhibits excellent flushing capabilities, prevents chip accumulation, and maintains a clean workspace.
