Castrol Spheerol CLX 2 Water resistant grease NLGI 2 400g cartridge

Spheerol CLX 2 is a complex calcium grease (NLGI 2) with good water resistance and high load carrying capacity. Spheerol CLX 2 is based on highly refined mineral oil and combined with carefully selected additives to provide excellent chemical and thermal stability. Spheerol CLX 2 contains no lead-based components.

Application

Spheerol CLX 2 is used for the lubrication of plain bearings and

ball bearings in the steel industry such as bearings and rollers of conveyor guides in hot rolling mills or in cement plants for the lubrication of rotating hearths.
Spheerol CLX 2 can also be used in the paper and glass industries when the ambient temperature is very high. Spheerol CLX 2 resists drying even after a long period of exposure to high temperatures. Its normal operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +140°C.
The maximum operating temperature is +180°C with more frequent lubrication. Spheerol CLX 2 should not be mixed with other greases!
