Use this general-purpose metallic tape from 3M for patching, sealing and heat conduction in industrial applications. It’s made of aluminium, so has exceptional thermal resistance for high-temperature conduction. This material also has an impressive strength to weight ratio, meaning the tape is durable but won’t put a strain on the surface it’s holding. What’s the shelf life of this metallic tape?

For best results, you should use this tape within 24 months from its date of manufacture. After two years, it will become less effective.
