KD-CHECK RDP-1 Red dye penetrant for crack detection 500ml spray

Karl Deutsch KD-CHECK RDP-1 red crack detection spray allows non-destructive testing for surface cracks and pores, using the dye penetration test method.

Advantages

• Efficient testing with minimum effort: Only one spray of penetrant, cleaner (KD-Check PR-1) and developer (KD-Check SD-1) are required for successful testing.

Application

• Particularly suitable for construction sites, repairs, spot checks and series testing
• Suitable for almost all metallic and non-metallic material surfaces such as steel, aluminum, brass or plastics (Suitability for plastics must be checked beforehand)
• The red dye penetrant seeps into cracks by capillary action. The processing time (5 – 10 minutes) depends on the crack / pore geometry.
