Special Surface Cleaner for Chromium-Nickel Stainless Steels
Designed for intensive cleaning of special alloy stainless steel surfaces.

  • Removes organic contamination, dirt films, light oil and grease residues

  • Effective against corrosion caused by seawater, chlorinated water, or chlorine-based cleaners

  • Contains <1% hydrofluoric acid – must be pre-tested for compatibility

  • Specially formulated for high-alloy stainless steels and special grades

  • Post-cleaning passivation may be necessary depending on application

  • Does not change the surface even with extended exposure

  • Minimum reaction time: approx. 15 minutes (pre-test strongly recommended)

  • Yield: approx. 6–8 m² per kg

  • Apply using brush, spray, or immersion (on request)

  • Avoid material temperatures above 25 °C

  • Requires rinsing with clean water until pH-neutral

Application

PELOX Surface Cleaner FR-D Spezial is a specialized acid-based cleaning solution for high-alloy chromium-nickel stainless steel surfaces. It removes corrosion and organic residues while maintaining the integrity of the base metal.
