RIVOLTA K.S.P. 305 R Spray is a red-pigmented version of K.S.P. 305. It is a fully synthetic, silicone-free wax spray designed for medium- to long-term corrosion protection of injection moulds, tools, and extruder screws during storage. It forms a touch-dry, well-adhering protective film that can be easily removed through normal operation.

Instructions for Use

  • Ensure surfaces are dry and clean before application
  • Shake well before use to evenly distribute wax particles
  • Spray evenly over the metal surface

Removability

  • Easily removed using water-based cleaners at elevated temperatures
  • Also removable using Rivolta hydrocarbon-based products
