Application

PELOX Pickling Spray SP-VF is a specialized pickling solution designed for cold-rolled and ground stainless steel surfaces, as well as titanium. It offers a lower acid concentration to reduce gas emissions and minimize changes to the surface appearance, making it ideal for visible construction elements.

Usage Instructions

  • Perform pre-test to ensure compatibility
  • Clean surface with PELOX FR-D (acidic) or AR 90 (alkaline) cleaner
  • Thoroughly homogenize before use
  • Apply with suitable spraying equipment (available from PELOX)
  • Rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water (min. 150 bar) until pH-neutral
  • Apply in ambient temperatures between 5–25 °C, avoid direct sunlight
  • Wear full protective equipment and follow safety data sheet
  • Dispose of rinse water and residues responsibly
