Application

PELOX Pickling Spray SP-K extra is a highly effective sprayable pickling agent designed for the treatment of stainless steels with elevated alloy content. It combines strong cleaning performance with reduced fume generation thanks to optimized acid concentration.

Usage Instructions

  • Pre-test material compatibility before use
  • Clean surfaces with PELOX FR-D (acidic) or AR 90 (alkaline) degreasers
  • Mix thoroughly before application
  • Apply using an appropriate spray system (available from PELOX)
  • Rinse thoroughly using a high-pressure washer (min. 150 bar) until pH-neutral
  • Recommended processing temperature: 5–25 °C; avoid direct sunlight
  • Wear full protective gear and consult the safety data sheet
  • Dispose of wastewater and residue according to regulations
