PICKLING PASTE TS-K Spezial

Application:

PELOX Pickling Paste TS-K Spezial is a high-strength pickling product developed for the post-weld treatment of high-alloy stainless steels and special metals. It effectively removes discoloration, heavy scale, corrosion, and foreign contamination from weld seams and surrounding zones.

Properties:

• Strong pickling effect for demanding applications
• Suitable for high-alloy stainless steels and special materials
• Reaction time: approx. 10 minutes to 12 hours
• Excellent cleaning of severely scaled and corroded areas
• Leaves a bright, clean metal surface
• Free from hydrochloric acid and chlorides
• Available in whitish or red paste
• Good rinsing behavior

Usage Instructions:

• Always test product suitability in advance
• Remove grease and oil residues with PELOX FR-D or AR 90 cleaner
• Stir paste thoroughly before use
• Apply using a PELOX plastic brush
• After pickling, rinse thoroughly with clean water until pH-neutral
• Store and process between 5–25 °C; avoid direct sunlight
• Wear appropriate protective equipment
• Ensure proper wastewater and residue disposal
