Applications

HLPD 46 is a detergent and dispersing hydraulic oil formulated on a high-quality mineral oil basis. It complies with DIN 51524-2 and DIN EN ISO 6743-4 (HM), except for demulsifying behavior. The product is zinc-free, silicone-free, and heavy metal-free. It is ideal for use as a pressure fluid in hydraulic systems and for lubricating bearings and gears – particularly in mobile machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, pavers) operating in dusty or wet environments. Its strong cleaning effect ensures excellent system cleanliness.
