Application:

Jokisch Monos Nera is a demulsifying slideway oil used for lubricating slideways and guides on machine tools and other aggregates.
It is particularly suitable for plastic-coated slideways. Jokisch Monos Nera 220 also meets all requirements of DIN 51524 Part 2 for hydraulic oil HLP and can be used in hydraulic and transmission systems.
Additionally, it is suitable for lubricating bearings and gearboxes and can be used as a universal oil in machine tool systems.

Properties:

Formulated with highly refined mineral oils and a favorable viscosity-temperature profile.
Contains active additives to prevent jerky sliding (stick-slip) and ensure constant sliding behavior.
Provides excellent corrosion protection, aging resistance, wear resistance, and adhesion.
Compatible with water-soluble cooling lubricants; prevents sticky residue and prolongs emulsion life.
