Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano KPY is amine-free and boric acid-free, and can be used universally. Precisely matched active ingredients based on mineral oil provide excellent pressure absorption capacity, allowing steel, aluminum, aluminum alloys, and all non-ferrous metals to be effectively machined.

Properties:

Special corrosion protection additives ensure good corrosion resistance during machining.
Jokisch Migma Tano KPY is especially skin-friendly due to the selection of additives and its pH value.
It forms a stable machining emulsion and is suitable for both soft and hard water. Jokisch Migma Tano KPY remains particularly low-foaming, even under high machining pressures.

Usage Concentration:

Machining of steel and cast steel: 6–10%
Machining of aluminum and non-ferrous metals: from 6%

Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, thread forming
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
