Migma Tano KGR

Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano KGR is a universally applicable, mineral oil-based, water-miscible cooling lubricant that is ideally suited for general machining.

Properties:

In the development of Jokisch Migma Tano KGR, a specially designed, newly developed emulsifier was used. Together with well-balanced additives, this ensures excellent performance characteristics.
The benefits of Jokisch Migma Tano KGR are particularly noticeable in hard and extremely hard water. While conventional coolants tend to “break” the emulsion under such conditions, Jokisch Migma Tano KGR remains stable.
It is highly resistant to hard water and very low-foaming across various water qualities. Jokisch Migma Tano KGR is long-term stable and provides reliable corrosion protection even at low concentrations. Specially selected AW additives allow high-speed machining.

Usage Concentration:

6–11%

Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
