Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano KGG is a universally applicable, water-miscible cooling lubricant, ideally suited for general machining tasks.

Properties:

Jokisch Migma Tano KGG is a mineral oil-containing, water-miscible cooling lubricant that is widely used with great success in metalworking. It is very well suited for machining difficult-to-cut steels, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals.
Emulsions with Jokisch Migma Tano KGG achieve long service lives, ensure good corrosion protection, and are particularly skin-friendly. Potential health risks from nitrosamine formation are practically eliminated.

Usage Concentration:

Machining of steels and non-ferrous metals: 6–8%
Machining of high-alloy steels and cast iron: 8–10%

Materials:

Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, thread forming

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
