Application:
Jokisch Migma Tano KBY is a water-soluble cooling lubricant for conventional metal processing, suitable for machining and grinding of steel and non-ferrous metals.
Properties:
When mixed with water, a finely dispersed clear emulsion of high stability is formed.
It offers excellent corrosion protection and has a very low foaming tendency.
The emulsions are particularly resistant to microorganisms and enable long service life with little maintenance.
Free of amines, boric acid, and phenoxyethanol.
Usage Concentration:
Grinding of steel and non-ferrous metal: 4–6%
Machining of steel and non-ferrous metal: 6–10%
