Migma Tano DSY

Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano DSY is a boron-free, water-miscible coolant with high long-term stability, excellent rinsing performance, and low foam formation.
Thanks to its low foaming tendency, Jokisch Migma Tano DSY is suitable for use in both very soft and hard water. Ideal for grinding and general machining of steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron, and gray cast iron.

Properties:

The alternative amines used in Jokisch Migma Tano DSY ensure low evaporation loss and high stability, positively impacting pH consistency and service life.
Its high long-term stability and strong resistance to fungi and bacteria greatly reduce maintenance effort throughout the service life.
When mixed with water, it forms a finely dispersed emulsion with high stability, excellent corrosion protection, and very low foaming. The emulsions are highly resistant to microorganisms, supporting long tool life with minimal maintenance.

Usage Concentration:

5–10%

Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminum (compatibility should be tested beforehand), non-ferrous metals, and plastics

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, grinding
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are formaldehyde-free, chlorine-free, and nitrite-free.
