Application:
Jokisch Migma Tano DSR is a semi-synthetic, mineral oil-based, water-miscible coolant suitable for many types of metal cutting operations, including grinding. It is particularly effective when machining cast iron, as it provides reliable corrosion protection.
Thanks to its low foaming tendency, Jokisch Migma Tano DSR is especially well-suited for use in areas with very soft water.
Properties:
When mixed with water, Jokisch Migma Tano DSR forms a fine, stable emulsion with high stability, excellent corrosion protection, and very low foaming.
The emulsion is highly resistant to microorganisms, ensuring long service life and minimal maintenance.
Usage Concentration:
5–10%
