Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano DSG is a boric acid-free, amine-free, mineral oil-containing, water-miscible cooling lubricant with high long-term stability, combined with excellent rinsing action and low foam formation.
Due to its low foaming tendency, Jokisch Migma Tano DSG can be used in areas with both very low and very high water hardness.

Properties:

Thanks to its good long-term stability and high resistance to fungi and bacteria, maintenance requirements are significantly reduced over the entire service life.

Usage Concentration:

5–10%

Materials:

Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminum (compatibility should be tested first when machining aluminum), non-ferrous metals, and plastics.

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, grinding
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.

The mixture is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP].
