Migma Tano DPR MR

Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano DPR MR is a universally applicable, water-miscible coolant, ideal for heavy-duty machining.
Particularly notable is its suitability for machining aluminum and non-ferrous metals, as well as high-alloy steels and titanium.
Thanks to its formulation, Migma Tano DPR MR offers long-term stability against bacteria and is suitable for internal cooling and high pump pressures.

Properties:

Jokisch Migma Tano DPR MR is formulated with low-aromatic, highly refined base oils.
Special emulsifiers ensure excellent performance and high corrosion protection even at low concentrations.
Specially selected AW additives enable high-speed machining under challenging conditions.

Usage Concentration:

5–10%

Titanium, stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, thread cutting
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible coolants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
