Migma Tano DPR

Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano DPR is a universally applicable, water-miscible coolant, ideal for heavy-duty machining.
Particularly noteworthy is its effective performance when machining aluminum, as well as challenging applications involving high-alloy steels and titanium.
Thanks to its formulation, Migma Tano DPR offers long-term stability against bacterial contamination and is well suited for internal cooling and high pump pressures.

Properties:

Jokisch Migma Tano DPR is formulated with low-aromatic, highly refined base oils.
Special emulsifiers ensure excellent performance characteristics and corrosion protection even at low concentrations.
Specially selected AW additives enable high-speed machining under tough conditions.

Usage Concentration:

5–10%

Titanium, stainless steel, steel, aluminum

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, thread cutting
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are formaldehyde-free, chlorine-free, and nitrite-free.
