Application:
Jokisch Migma Tano DGY is a universally applicable, water-miscible cooling lubricant that is ideally suited for general machining applications.
Properties:
Jokisch Migma Tano DGY is a water-miscible, mineral oil-containing cooling lubricant, formulated with low-aromatic, highly refined base oils. Special emulsifiers ensure an excellent performance spectrum and result in a semi-transparent emulsion. This makes Jokisch Migma Tano DGY long-term stable and provides high corrosion protection even at low concentrations. Specially selected AW additives enable machining at high cutting speeds.
Usage Concentration:
5–10%
Materials:
Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, aluminum (compatibility should be checked before machining aluminum) and plastics
Machining Methods:
Turning, drilling, milling, sawing
Conventional and with internally cooled tools
Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
