Application:

Jokisch Migma Tano DGR is a mineral oil-based, water-miscible coolant that is ideally suited for general machining. It is highly hard water-stable and very low-foaming across a wide range of water qualities. Specially selected AW additives allow high-speed machining under high pressure.

Properties:

The specially developed emulsifier in Jokisch Migma Tano DGR ensures excellent performance in combination with well-balanced additives. Its benefits are especially noticeable in hard or extremely hard water, where conventional coolants tend to break down quickly. It is long-term stable and provides reliable corrosion protection even at low concentrations.

Usage Concentration:

5–10%

Stainless steel, steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, aluminum (compatibility should be tested before use), and plastics

Machining Methods:

Turning, drilling, milling, sawing
Conventional and with internally cooled tools

Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
