Migma Evio KSG

Application:

Jokisch Migma Evio KSG is a high-quality, synthetic, mineral oil-free, water-miscible special grinding fluid.
Originally developed for ski and snowboard manufacturing, it has proven itself in glass and ceramic processing as well.
Jokisch Migma Evio KSG is also successfully used for edge grinding in ski service machines in repair and maintenance operations.

Properties:

Formulated with high-quality additives, Jokisch Migma Evio KSG produces a clear specialty grinding fluid with very high and stable corrosion protection.
It includes special additives to prevent putrefaction and features excellent rinsing performance, preventing smearing of tool surfaces.
It allows for visible settling of grinding dust in the collection tank, with no abrasive particles in the circulating fluid, reducing damage to grinding wheels from suspended particles.
Thanks to being boric acid-free, it also reduces clogging of spray nozzles.

2.5–4%
