Jokisch Migma Evio KGY is a water-soluble, clear coolant and cutting fluid with high corrosion protection. It is universally applicable and suitable for all machining processes such as thread cutting and drilling, turning, milling, sawing, brushing, reaming, engraving, etc.
Jokisch Migma Evio KGY contains no mineral oil and no nitrite.
Its range of applications includes all metals, e.g., steel, stainless steel, and various cast iron types: cast steel, malleable cast iron, aluminum cast, pressure die-cast, aluminum and its alloys.
Jokisch Migma Evio KGY is a special synthetic product, combining organic and inorganic substances.
This combination provides the following key characteristics:
5–10%
Stainless steel, steel, cast iron
Turning, drilling, milling, sawing, reaming, engraving
It is essential to ensure machines are thoroughly cleaned of all residues to prevent mixing with other metalworking fluids. We strongly recommend cleaning the entire cooling system with Jokisch system cleaner, which eliminates harmful organisms (bacteria, yeasts, fungi) and ensures long-term cooling fluid stability.
If clouding occurs despite system cleaning, it is usually due to old residues dissolving. In that case, we recommend draining the coolant again, rinsing with water, and refilling with fresh fluid.
Avoid filling from flat tanks or using pumps that create turbulence, as this may introduce excessive oxygen and cause foam. Ensure the tank is suitable before filling.
Our water-miscible cooling lubricants are free from formaldehyde, chlorine, and nitrite.
