Application:
Jokisch Migma Evio DPR is a water-soluble, mineral oil-free cooling lubricant specially developed for machining operations with defined cutting edges, such as turning, drilling, and tapping.
It is particularly suitable where lubrication-improving properties are required. It can be used for steels as well as castings.
Properties:
The product is characterized by good skin tolerance and high resistance to microorganisms.
It offers very good corrosion protection and excellent separation behavior from used industrial lubricants (reducing leakage).
These features support a long service life of the operational fluid.
Usage Concentration:
Normal chipping operations: 4–5%
Severe chipping operations: 8–14%
