IRK WMS 935

Application:

IRK WMS 935 is a high-quality, fully synthetic, mineral oil-free, water-miscible coolant, primarily used for grinding operations on carbide materials, but also suitable for steel and gray cast iron.
It inhibits the release of cobalt.

Properties:

IRK WMS 935 forms an extremely stable, clear solution with optimal properties, even in hard water.
The coolant offers long operating life, good skin compatibility, and minimal foaming.
It remains odor-neutral during atomization and contains a carefully selected additive combination.

Usage Concentration:

Grinding steel or carbide: 3–4%
Grinding gray cast iron: 4–5%
